Montenegro made their independant Eurovision debut last year, and failed miserably, receiving each of their 33 points from neighbours... how embarassing!

 

 

If Montenegro took part 10 years ago and were unable to rely on political votes, this would have ‘nul points’ written all over it.  However, as in 2007, I suspect this should pick up enough embarrassing political votes to save it from the travesty of last place, but that’s no consolation.  It seems Montenegro are far too stubborn to admit how wrong they were to send ‘Hajde Kroci’ last year.  Despite liking that song, it was never going to have the appeal it needed and this is nothing different – in fact – it’s far drearier than last years efforts, and this Stefan isn’t all that nice on the eye either.  Not a horrifically bad song, but nothing great either – it goes nowhere and no matter how good a performer Stefan is, I sincerely doubt this song can be made to come across in a positive light.
