Last year gave Moldova their third result, meaning they've managed the top ten twice and the bottom five once since their debut in 2005.

 

 

With Moldova’s rather mixed bag of results, it’s difficult to say how they’ll fare based on previous experience.  ‘Century of Love’ is a very chilled out, well produced jazz tune, with what I feel has very little going for it.  For what it is in it’s genre, I’m sure it’s good, but regards making an impact on Eurovision voters, I don’t think it can manage it.  Geta performs well, but the song just doesn’t go anywhere, and it’s hard to make a stage show visually impressive for something as dull as this.  With a poor draw, I don’t think we’ll see Moldova in the Final, they may even contend for last place, simply being forgotten about amidst the rush of other, much bigger and bolder entries.
